Due to the baby's head you may feel pressure in the pelvic region... however if there is pain at frequent intervals associated with hardening of the abdomen and bleeding better get checked by your gynaecologist

At 37 weeks of pregnancy some amount of pain is common because of the pressure on the pelvic bones and also false labour pain..
however if you feel that the pain is recurrent and comes after regular intervals and is associated with hardening of the abdomen you need to consult your doctor because that is labour pain
