Hi, as you have kids. If you dont want pregnancy, you beed to meet nearby gyn. This is a legal procedure so you need to give consent, do ultrasound, and doctor will give you medicine. This medicine also not available without prescription Termination of pregnancy can happen till 7 wks of preg  . So as sooner as better  .
