36 w5 days pregnant with afi 7.3 cm baby weight 2.2 kg with kidney swelling of feotus right is more than left done at early amniocentesis whic os normal pedaitric surgeon already explained about the treatment till eight month water was adequate facing low liquor prob form 35 weeks first it was 4 cm and todays scan liquor came7.3 cm although nst is reactive with fhr 143 and good fetal movements actually somebody told me plan for termination only depending upon low birth weight already faced 4 misscarriage before doc told this is precious should i take risk plz help

Afi less  than 10 is not normal After 36 weeks adequate lung maturity has been achieved you can go for delivery  now

Hi. Your ultrasound reports suggests that the baby is small for the period of pregnancy. Considering it a precious pregnancy with small fetus and low fluid level, you can follow up with your gynaecologist regarding delivery. 36.5 weeks is close to term so baby will be okay.
