In august I had a cycle then I get on depo during the time of my cycle. I was suppose to return in nov for another dose but I didn't make and now since nov I haven't had a cycle is it possible I'm pregnant???

No you will not be pregnant. It’s common with depo shots to get scant or irregular periods or to completely miss it. You still have to take your shot on time
