Asked for Female, 31 Years

We consult a gynecologist and she confirmed I'm 3 to 4 weeks pregnant, she has given 2 medicins - (Susten 400 and Folmate) which she said growth for little baby. I'm feeling sharp pain in my vagina area since last night, plz suggest me if this's normal or might be reaction of medicines I'm taking this moment. do I need to worry about my baby?
