Pregnancy query
My wife's LMP was on 21/7/2018, usually her periods are 1-2 days before due or maximum on d same date of previous month. This tym she did not get her period on 21/8 after which she took home pregnancy test on 23/8 which was positive. On d same day we visited a Gyanec where she did Beta HCG test, the count was 784 which she said is fine as she is only 1-2 days pregnant. She started one multivitamin Tab and asked to do a ultrasound after 10 days which we did on 2/9/2018 and got the report. I have attached the report for the same. Please advise if the report is normal since it might be very early to detect any feteal pole & heartbeat to detect. Gynaec has asked to repeat the ultrasound after 2 weeks (16/9/2018). Currently my wife complains about backache and was suffering from cold and fever for few days which is fine now. She always feel like vomiting and do not feel like eating is it normal or is there anything to worry. I am really concerned about the report. Please assist

Please follow your gynaecologist. She will do best as ultrasound should be repeated  after 15days then only final Diag is confirmed.
