Pregnancy query. A healthy pregnancy.

I'm 31 years of age and am diagnosed with mild PCO.  My last date of period is 04-02-2024. My next date of period should have been on 5th March but I didn't get my period. So on 8th March I tested for pregnancy through kit and got 2 lines with one faint T line. I did a beta HCG blood test on the same day i.e. 8th March and the result is 42.30 mIU/mL. I again did beta HCG blood test on 15th March and the result is 49.60 mIU/mL. After getting a TVS USG scan done on advice by my gynecologist, there was no defined intra or extra- uterine gestational sac seen. I still didn't get my period and the doctor told that it could be a chemical pregnancy or an ectopic pregnancy. Could someone advise what I should  expect next and what further steps I should take to have a healthy pregnancy. Thank you in advance.
