Hello doctor.i am 36 weeks pregnant.so far everything is normal.keeping in mind rise of covid cases and my hospital turning into covid hosp due to rise in cases..can i ask my gynae to perform c section after 37 weeks? So that i will not have to worry about changing hosp.my first baby was born via c section.been 3.5yrs. Is this thought ok or should i wait for normal deliver? Pls guide me what is best for safety concern.

Hi there, If you want c section you should wait till 38 weeks if you don't fall under any high risk. For normal delivery it depends upon the size of the baby, strength of previous scar and you Perlis adequacy. This can be told by your gynecologist whether it is safe to go for normal delivery.
