Wait for a week and repeat the urine test. If you are in a hurry you should go for beta HCG level and consult a Gynaecologist.

For Confirmation you can go for a blood test bhcg What to do further will depend upon whether you wish to continue with this pregnancy or terminate it If you wish to terminate this pregnancy you will have to meet a doctor in person If you wish to continue this pregnancy you can start taking folic acid supplements and meet a doctor in person three weeks after a skipped period
