Pregnancy Quaries. Tests and scans ,

Dear Sir /Mam, My wife is 17th week 2 days pregnant now As we consulted a Dr 1 month ago , as doctr suggested to meet after a month but will not possible to meet them in this situation ,I have attached the  scan report and mentioned below test report details also , We have done last scanning and tests done on 12th week after we didn't meet the doctor , As per this situation we can't meet the doctor but we can do tests Please suggest as per reports and advice the blood tests we can do the test at nearest , please suggest any scanning missed in the last week , 12th week blood test reports : CBC : HB 12.8 ,RBC 4.3,WBC 7030, platelets 2lkh 9k , BP : 75mg/dl HBS AG : Negative and antibodies : Non reactive HBA1C: 5.1 TSH : 4.88 Please advice and give   valuable information about Tests and scans ,
