Hi there...irregular and missed menstrual cycles in your age group could be due to a number reasons like pcod( very common among females), fibromas, endometriosis, drug induced, thyroid disorders, stress, pregnancy (negative in your case as per upt). So it will require a detailed clinical examination and any associated complaints will have to be looked at. You might even require a ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. So kindly consult a gynecologist for further evaluation.
