I want to conceive. My report says both the ovaries are just bulky in volume with PCO pattern.and there are multiple small follicle seen on proper Hertfordshire with central echo genic parenchyma.right ovaries volume is 23ml and left is 13ml.can I get pregnant or not .is this a serious issue.

Yes you can definitely get pregnant.
However u may need some help from a gynaecologist.
You ll hv to go for ovulation induction and follicular monitoring and accordingly planned relations to get pregnant
