Pregnancy problem
I missed my period since last 4 days ..I have lots of symptoms of pregnancy such as nausea, fever, cramps, back lower abdomen pain, frequent urine ..But I did home pregnancy test on 4th day of my missed period I.e today but result was negative.. Please suggest me what should I do further?

wait and repeat urine pregnancy test after 10 days,most of the time because of initial days and low harmone level test is negative.
even sonography also not give conformation in intial few weeks.
take normal antacid and antivomiting medicine, crocin for fever, lot of liquid for weakness.
