From what you have explained, I understand that the time gap between your first and second pregnancy is only four months. This is extremely unhealthy and risky for both your health and your second pregnancy. For good health of mother and baby it is important that the gap be atleast three years. Yes your chances of VBAC is an absolute contraindication for the present scenario as it not only puts the babies health I’m danger but also yours. As of now the best for your first baby and you would be to terminate the present preganancy. Your previous c section stitches/scar will give away complicating your pregnancy , as the uterine contractions will pull it apart which might happen even before this baby is born thus endangering life for both(that is if you continue the pregnancy) . Please give the care and nutrition your first baby requires and use contraceptives for three years . Restore your health and then try for another . Do not force a vbac if not advised by your obstetrician. Vaginal delivery is not better than c section and c section is not better than vaginal delivery. The method of delivery depends only on the pregnancy situation or type and the best suiting one is chosen.
