Hi me and my wife planning to have baby and had regular sex on fertile days for past 4 months still my wife is not getting pregnant her age is 28 and mine is 27 her weight is 40 mine is 79 we don't know what is the problem and what type of treatment we need to go for this we are having healthy foods also
