I m sexually active and trying for a child .my LMP was 6dec 2020 .I missed my period and conducted a urine pregnancy test today morning but it was negative.what may be the reason.shall I conduct a test again or it may be correct.i was experiencing cramping from last 5-6days.even I have pain n my legs n lower back.pls guide .

Pl do blood for beta HCG for confirmation, if it is negative then conclude that the previous cycle was ambulatory or get the semen analysis done for oligospermia if semen analysis is normal then do test for fallopian tubes patency .
