Today I went for HSG test, please advise on the below result
The contrast filled endometrial cavity has a smooth outline. There are no filling defects or abnormality of the uterine wall.
Both the cornua are normal configuration
The right fallopian tube is visualized and patent with spill of contrast into the peritoneal cavity.
Left tube is not opacified beyond the cornua
Impression
Normal study of uterus
Patent right tube
Left cornual block

This s suggestive of left cornual block which cn be due to spasm also.
To confirm a laproscopy chromopertubation is necessary.
However you cn conceive with a single patent tube also.
