Pregnancy Planning - My Cycle Is About For 30Days,while Checking

My cycle is about for 30days,while checking through ovulation kit no LH is detected on 13,14,15th day..2kits are left now as it has to be done on consecutive days..should I buy more kits??is there any problem in ovulation??why there is no LH surge?
