Pregnancy planning
I'm 5 feet tall 32 years old and weighing 67kg planning pregnancy. I m taking folvite supplement by doctor . I tried losing weight but have not went below 64kg anytime , even after going till 64 I'm regaining weight so quickly back till 66kg or so. Do I really have to lose weight first to plan pregnancy ?

Losing weight is good n a very important aspect But, it doesn't mean that u cannot get pregnant if u don't lose weight Try conceiving naturally along with ur diet n weight loss strategies As u r 32, u cannot afford to waste time in losing weight n then planning a pregnancy

Both can be done simultaneously. U are 32 yrs. Better try for conception along with eight control. Diet and exercises u can do. Loosing weight will increase your chances of getting pregnant.
