Hi we are trying for a baby from last three months but no result ,i went for pregnancy check and started using folic acid do i need to take any kind of other steps for the result?i heard some kind of oil we can use for more results can some one assist me for this?

Hello. It can take up to 1 year for healthy couples to conceive as chances of getting pregnant in each month are just 7-10%. Folic acid supplements is correct. Have frequent intercourse around mid cycle. After intercourse, keep lying down for 15-20 min and avoid passing urine immediately. Have patience. It's too early to panic. Good luck
