Pregnancy planning/ hairfall/ biotin
I am planning pregnancy. I am having heavy hairfall. On normal scenario I take biotin suppliment, however not sure if I can take it during pregnancy planning phase. I am taking folic acid now a days. Can I take Nutrilite cherry plus biotin tablet 1 per day (300 MCG) from Amway? Please suggest.
