We are planning pregnancy..Before 2 days i had severe headache and fever..so i had taken 2 paracetamol and 2 Acemiz tablets.Now i feel ok.till now we have not had intercourse after my last period and my ovolution days are coming in probably 2-3 days..Is it safe to have intercourse to have the baby? will the medicine will impact the baby any way if at all i conceive . Please help me understanding it

Yes. It is safe to have intercourse within 2-3 days after consuming medicine for the cold . You conceive during the ovulation time. Implantation occurs about 8-10 days later. It takes another week before any exchange of oxygen or nutrients takes place with the mother's circulation.  So by that it is more than two weeks since you took your cold medicine.
