Pregnancy: Periods not in time.

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have a friend. She had sex on july 9(which was only 5 days after her periods) and they used protection. But she hasn't gotten her periods yet. It's been over 7 weeks now. Though all the tests she did, it came out to be negative but it's worrying her why she's too late for her periods. Pls help
