  4. Pregnancy pain. So tell why pain come?

Hello ... Am 25 yrs old . My periods was delayed at 37 days so I taken kit test and the result is positive . Now I have a pain at lower abdominal and left side abdomen . The pain was come in 6 hrs once and continues 1 mint then go away normally . My doubt is this pain or normal or wat a reason . Why this pain come and go ? Please tell me docters , after 45 days only I take a scan now I can't so tell why pain come ?
