Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hello doctor, I have ovulated on 10th day and now I am 11 days past ovulation. I saw little brown discharge on the toilet paper. Doctor also suggested to take Duphastone for 14 days (from 11 dpo-25 dpo). I am having back pain, leg cramps and frequent urination. It could be the start of the period or Impantation ? Thanks in advance
