Pregnancy or period
After ovulation day, she had been prescribed to have Dyarogesterone 10 mg tabs for 15 days from 15th day onwards.Her expected menses date was 26 th sept which was missed out and after 3 days on 29th she is having some mid dark brown discharge on small amount. And as one tab was left ,she took today.
Is it any pregnancy symptoms or period symptoms.
If it's implantation,it should have came earlier or can it come after period missed out also.
Could anyone clarify as we are feeling confused.

She started Dydrogesterone immediately after the date of Ovulation. If she has conceived , she would have conceived within one day of Ovulation. It is day 14 after ovulation.
Please get her beta HCG level done and if it is negative for pregnancy then she should discontinue her Dydrogesterone. She will get her periods within 5 days.

This is not implantation bleeding , please check ur pregnancy test by blood test ( serum beta hcg ) to confirm as possibility could be pregnancy with bleeding or simply normal periods
