Pregnancy or not
Last period was on August 28, delayed by 8-9 days every month. Had sex on September 23. After that, no sex and experienced bleeding on October 7, lasting 5 days with 3 days of full flow, using a total of 5 pads. Next period started on November 15, lasting 5 days, with 3 days of full flow and using 4 pads in the first 3 days. After the October period, I tested for pregnancy, and the results were negative. However, after the November period, I noticed some blood for a few days, but I felt nothing. Yesterday, I saw a stretch mark on my belly, and I'm also feeling pain in the lower abdomen. I just want to know if pregnancy is possible with this type of bleeding twice after sex. (Intercourse- 23rd September PERIOD like flow on October 7(5days), November 15(5days in total & 3days full flow) Breast size is normal no pain and no other symptoms except lower abdomen pain slight sometimes

From your description of the dates of bleeding and the urine pregnancy test being negative in November, there is no chance of pregnancy.
