Pregnancy of 6w 5d but having spotting
I have conceived in April 2022, at 5w 3d I have seen spotting..some fresh drops of blood accompanied the spotting, I went for USG but there was normal heartbeat 94bpm and CRL 0.31cm. I consulted my doctor and took susten 50mg injection for 2 days and also Trenaxa MF tablet for 1 day. It's been more than 10 since than I have dirty brown discharge or sometimes pink discharge. How it can be treated?? USG repeated at 6w 1d the heartbeat was 123bpm and CRL measure 0.42cm.

The positive sign is that  heart beat is present. The bleeding is becoming less. In fact no fresh bleeding may be occurring and collected blood is coming out. You should do repeat sonography after 2 weeks.
