Pregnancy neg- no periods

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I got my periods on 12th May 2016. I didn't get this month. I took meprate tablets on 11th June 2016 Saturday night till Monday morning n Monday night I took regestrone till Wednesday night. In between I took scan n pregnancy test both negative n on 19th June 2016 pregnancy test negative..still no periods.. tell me wt to do

First get a serum beta hcg done to exclude delayed conception. If result is in nonpregnant range then take combination of estrogen and progesterone for at least 5 days then wait for withdrawal bleeding for next 7 to 10 days. If still no periods then you need more investigations to exclude problems like hypothyroidism ,hyperprolactinemia, pcos etc.
