Pregnancy n periods

Asked for Female, 38 Years

I had unprotected sex on 26 July...since I wasn't sure I took an emergency contraceptive pill on 27. I started to take dusphaston from 2 aug as advised by the doc due to irregular periods. After taking the emergency contraceptive pill I didn't bleed. I'm kind of confused if there is a chance of pregnancy and/or would it effect my mentrual cycle. Thnx
