My result came with one dark and another faint line, though a doctor says it's a positive pregnancy. But y I din get both dark. Is it like I am conceive and misconception and I may get period

Faint line means either abnormal pregnancy or early so can reach a conclusion only if u repeat ur pregnancy test after 2 days! If dark then stay assured and start the treatment after consultation with a gynaecologist!

Faint lime shows a weak pregnancy. U should repeat it after 5 days and see. If stil faint then get beta hcg blood test and an ultrasound.

Faint second line means it's either a very early pregnancy or an abnormal pregnancy for example an ectopic pregnancy.... If in doubt do a serum Beta HCG
