Pregnancy missed period

Asked for Female, 18 Years

The last time I had my period was December the 11 and I haven’t had one all this time. On the 8th of this month I started having brown spotty bleeding all day. That evening it quit and the 9th I never bled. I haven’t bled all the week except for when I have sex but it not like period blood it is just brown spotting again. I went to the urgent care yesterday and she said by urine sample I’m not pregnant but it could be to early to test that way. Could I be pregnant? If so when do I need to test?
