Duphaston/susten is just progesterone supplement, you can continue it till 13 weeks. There is no harm in taking those tablet. Continue with folic acid

Duphaston is given to support the pregnancy as placenta is just developing . It gives hormonal support to pregnancy and avoid miscarriage

Upto 20 weeks, it's good to take duphaston which contains dydrogesterone, a progesterone analogous which acts as a PRO-GESTATIONAL hormone ( pro pregnancy hormone)
Folic acid 400 mcg daily is also beneficial and reduces the risk of neutral tube defects in the fetus.
Iron tablets and calcium supplementation to be started after 12 weeks
