Hi , I'm currently in the 33rd week of pregnancy.. and my afi level is 7cm.. doctor has suggested to take argipace sachets twice daily.. is there any other way I can increase the amniotic fluid naturally? What are the other precautions I must take? Should I be on bed rest?

There is no precautions which you can take other than eating healthy food and lying in the left lateral position and keeping a check on the baby's movement.. continue with the argipreg sachet that you are doctor has prescribed
