Asked for Female, 28 Years

My follicular study says 22.15*17 mm and Endometrium was 7.1 mm on 15th Day and next day left one was ruptured. I took Duphaston twice for 15 days. Today is 32nd Day and pregnancy test is negitive (Early morning Urine test) . I usually get periods 30-35 days. Please tell me the implantation is fails? What would I do next? What causes the implantation fails? Shall I go with IUI process?

You can get a serum beta hcg test done now to be sure, or repeat the urine test after 3-5 days If negative, can go ahead with next cycle
