Asked for Female, 26 Years

Is removal of dermoid compulsory for conceiving or pregnancy. Actually in 2014 already a dermoid in my left ovary has been removed and now again a dermoid is seen in my right ovary. How to deal with this and we are planning for a baby now

Ya it is necessary because dermoid cyst is very mobile and chances of torsion.Maybe you can conceive with dermoid cyst but any emergency arises then to manage the case is very difficult.
