I'm in 13th week ... yesterday I had veg puffs after that I have vomiting and loose motion .. doctor suggested doxinate tablet and for loose motion he asked me to have water and ors...is it fine

Any fever etc?
For vomiting you can take ondem if not subsiding with doxinate
If it's subsiding with these then antibiotics need to be started
