I had sex on 15 nov and already got my periods on 10 nov and again had sex on 15 nov and got periods on 09 nov .So is there any chance of getting pregnant if my periods are regular basis on 3-4 days every month ..
But i am having little bit pain in my stomach and tummy seams to bigger little bit

From what I comprehend, you seemed to have sexual activity on 15th and already got periods on 10th nov. so I am assuming you had coitus on 6th day of your cycle which is not exactly the fertile period. So very less likely that you might get pregnant
To address your lower abdomen pain, it might be due to underlying pelvic infection
Any complaints of foul smelling discharge from vagina?
