Alkaline phosphatase is on the higher side during pregnancy. Kidney functions are also better during pregnancy. So both your reports are normal.

Liver function tests get affected during pregnancy. ALP usually increases by 3 fold in the third trimester. Don’t worry if rest all investigation are normal.
