Hello...Today in the afternoon i noticed some blood spots and even in d evening while urinating i noticed some blood drops... is it okay in pregnancy or should i book an urgent appointment ..

Urgent appointment is must and urgent ultrasonography is also needed because chances of  inevitable abortion or missed abortion .Take rest and don't do any work.
