Asked for Female, 20 Years

Good evening doctor, I wish to have complete privacy on this issue. Around 9 days before a friend of mine had sex which was unprotected he made sure that semen was not ejaculated inside and the girl didn't took an i pill but 2 days before she experienced abdominal pain (7days later) should he be worried that its pregnancy? How to deal with the issue? She can't get her parents involved What are the options? Both of them are in trauma Can you please suggest something ? Thankyou.

Just by abdominal pain one can't diagnose pregnancy or exclude pregnancy...it would have been better if you had mentioned about her cycles like weather they were regular,last menstrual period date etc....now she can wait till her next period if she misses it tell her to go for home pregnancy test if positive advice her to consult nearest gynecologists without tacking any self medications...
