My blood group is A negative whereas my fiance blood group is AB positive. Will there is problem regarding pregnancy and kids?

In first pregnancy no complications but after delivery  you should check baby blood gp. If it is positive then you should recieved a dose of Anti D 350micro Gm immediately after delivery.
