Pregnancy issue. A week before period?

In December 15,2017 my wife was pregnant with 8 weeks ,we r not ready for baby so abortion pill was taken after doing this some traces of product was remaining, for that she gone through D & C procedure on jan 19 ,2018. After D & C she is feeling headache (back part of head, mood swings, cramps,On March 1st 2018 period start again. Her Haemoglobin level is low ,1 week before period we had sex without any contraceptives, her next period is about on 2nd april, but it is late .she is going through symptoms of nausea and vomiting, headache in every evening .is there any chances of getting pregnant again. If pregnant again ,can D. & C procedure again will be safe as her haemoglobin level is low and only 2 months before d & c had done. Is there any chances of getting pregnant when sex without contraceptives a week before period? Please suggest in detail Thank you
