I want to know is it possible to have every symtoms of pregnancy. Under go scan and only to discover amniotic fluid and no fetus( baby) . Yet a blood test confirmed positive to pregnancy.

Two things  very early scan... Or may be  missed abortion.. To confirm  wait for 2weeks and repeat sonography.. Still only sac  it confirms abortion
