I started my folliculer study on 9th day of my period (3rd sept) My ET was 8.5mm on the 13th day when my follicle ruptured (7th sept). Doctor gave me hcg injection on 11th day and the right follicle size was 21 x 16. How do these reports look?

You need to join after follicle rupture is documented in the ultrasound pelvis scan. Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown . Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown

Take Tablet Duphaston 10 mg twice a day for 10 days from day 17-26 of periods
Avoid lifting weights and stress and travel and dehydration
Avoid papaya and pineapple

Take a boiled egg daily
Take milk with turmeric at night for both partners
