I m 20 wk pregnant.anomaly scan is normal but i saw PI value 1.5 ...it is written borderline increased risk ...is there any major issue .plz suggest

Patient should be monitored for high blood pressure and signs like headache, vomiting, blurring of vision and all. And if the blood pressure shoots up, should be started on antihypertensive immediately

Ideally uterine pi value if increased in 12th week nt scan, we start with tablet ecosprin 150 mg as the mother has chances of development of high blood pressure later on in pregnancy. At 20 weeks, there is no role. Look for your blood pressure whenever you visit the clinic or check with home BP machine.
