I'm 19weeks 5days pregnant. I did my anomaly scan. One statement I'm not getting clearly. That is "There is intrathoracic stomach pushing the heart to the right side. The stomach bubble is seen above the left dome".Kindly explain and is there will be any complications in further or not?

According to the information given by you, it means thet the stomach is above the left diaphragm which can point towards diagnosis of Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.
It is a problem which abdominal viscera(organs) protude into chest cavity due to failure of closure of pleuro peritoneal canal.
It can lead to respiratory and cardiac problems in baby.
