  4. Pregnancy Issue. I still be pregnant?

Hi On 15 December I checked Pregency with help of two different kits and result was positive. On 18 December I had vaginal bleeding and cramps. Next day I did blood Hcg test and it was 43. On 20 December I again did blood hcg test and result was 10. Can I still be pregnant ?
