  3. Pregnancy issue. Give any advise for me?

Hi doctor, i am 12 weeks pregnant, my nt scan done and normal but double marker test also done in that b hcg value 237ng/ml and PAPP-A value 14.5 miU/ml. Is this any risk for my baby(twins). Can you please give any advise for me?
