If the pregnancy test is positive, and nothing is visible on ultrasound, then you need to wait for 1 week and repeat the scan. Very early pregnancy cannot be detected on ultrasound.

A Trans vaginal scan will give a better view..
You can get your B-hcg done
If that is good, then wait for 10-14 days and repeat the scan
